Early Friday Morning - A Josiah Update

Josiah had another great day in the TCU. Marie and Josiah went for a 45 minute walk today outside and around the hospital did great: no episodes, and no need for any oxygen. Josiah is certainly more stimulated in this place, looking around lots and moving his head a lot more. We're really trying to get him up more, so that when he's awake he's sitting upright. Hopefully the extra activity and stimulation will help him get into deeper and earlier sleeps.

So, just so everyone knows how good God has been to us here are some neat stories. First, we haven't paid our rent for at least 3 months now because people have been anonymously paying for it. Thanks so much who ever you are! Secondly, there is a a really special person who keeps bringing Marie home-cooked goodness every Tuesday evening. Who ever you are - we know how hard you're trying be secret about it - blessings on you! And beyond that, people continue to keep on giving, with coffee, grocery, gas, and restaurant cards coming in here and there. We feel so blessed by you all.

And before I wrap it up for a night, a small request that I want to throw out to those who hail from Arnold and Abbotsford. Since moving to the TCU, Marie has less room to store the excess breast milk she is pumping. She would like to freeze and store this for future use, but our freezers at home are completely full. If there is anyone who has freezer space for us and wouldn't mind storing some milk for us we'd really appreciate it! Just call me on my cell, drop me an email, or leave a comment. Thanks in advance!

Blessings on you all. Thanks for being the visual workings of God's kindness.

Hey Marie:

I'm the girl for you for your breast milk for the freezer! I actually have some in the freezer right now for my little 9 week old grandson for when he comes over and when my own kids were small I pumped so much and donated it to Langley Hospital. I'd love to help you out with that. I'm in Greendale in Chilliwack so we'd have to figure out the pickup/drop off etc. but I have room in my outside freezer.

Still praying daily for you all. Amen to the comment from a fellow aqua fit gal on the previous page!
Psalms are good!

Hey Marie:

Looks like Patsy's sister-in-law (Hallie) lives closer to you so that would probably be better for you guys!
