Hello All
This one will be brief: Josiah has been having about 1 major spell a day for the last few days. They usually seem to happen around the 5:00 - 5:30 AM mark so the nurses are going to start feeding him earlier to see if it's hunger pains that are waking him up or not. Marie felt she needed to stay overnight in the hospital last night and I haven't been able to reach her yet to see how she and Josiah are doing (she's taking a nap right now). Unfortunately, many of the TCU nurses that know Josiah are on holidays and such and so we've been left with ICU nurses who are rarely back in our room and don't know Josiah's specific needs, symptoms, and signs, and so it doesn't breathe a whole lot of confidence in us.
Please pray for Josiah's safety and protection, that as he develops his dying spells lessen in severity and frequency. Pray also for Marie's energy and strength, as it's always a crushing blow to wake up and find out Josiah had a spell in the early morning. Thanks.

I check your blog daily and continue to pray earnestly for each of you. You have been through a lot - way too much actually - certainly life is not always fair. However, God is still good and you are not forgotten for a moment by Him and by many in His forever family. God loves you with an incredible, lavish love.
I am praying for an extra measure of grace and peace for you today, for God's wisdom and strength and for His perfect will to be done. "Lord, please touch little Josiah - keep your big strong arms around him and protect him."
